Being a long time customer of superpowders, I am disappointed with the fact that y'all have reduced the box size 30 to 20 and reduced the individual bags size also from 6gms to 4gms where as the price is the same if not more. You guys will have to keep having discount offers every month (like my previous order) because that's the only way people will be reordering.

Taste great! A little too sugary for my own taste and take a lot of shaking to dissolve in room temp water but otherwise great and I feel a change in my energy!
The bottle is great but should come with an option of glass (but thank you for the free bottle) or/and a shaker to shake it easy to shake the electrolytes as they need a lot of shaking.
I love it! Would love that it comes in packets like the normal mushroom coffee, and an option for the normal mushroom coffee to come with chocolate flavoring (ie including coffee beans but once you enhance their flavor as they taste burnt). It wakes me up and I didn't expect that!
The coffee tastes burnt. The chocolate flavored powders packet is delicious though so I think it's the coffee beans themselves not the mushrooms.
The plastic bottle looks rather cheap. I didn't order chocolate, as you asked in this survey. Your system needs better programming.

Bad customer services unfortunately although you have a great product. Ignoring customers emails is not OK!
Right after my order I had emailed and requested one box of each flavor as I had ordered 6 boxes, but only two flavors arrived, one of which I had no intention of drinking 3 boxes of (passion fruit).
It took over two weeks for them to deliver THE WRONG ORDER!!! I didn’t even get the flavor I wanted which made it even worse.. if anyone wants these things reach out or ill be throwing it out
