I have order the electrolytes July 28. Despite of following up to now my order didn’t reach the payment has made!! Very disappointment it not the way how to do the sales.

Bad customer services unfortunately although you have a great product. Ignoring customers emails is not OK!
Right after my order I had emailed and requested one box of each flavor as I had ordered 6 boxes, but only two flavors arrived, one of which I had no intention of drinking 3 boxes of (passion fruit).
It took over two weeks for them to deliver THE WRONG ORDER!!! I didn’t even get the flavor I wanted which made it even worse.. if anyone wants these things reach out or ill be throwing it out

All good have been using on and off for a couple of years now. My only wish which would make it a 5 is to have a stronger dark chocolate taste.
