Why did u reduce the number of sachets From 30 to 20 and the grams from 6 to 4 ??!!
Bad customer services unfortunately although you have a great product. Ignoring customers emails is not OK!
Right after my order I had emailed and requested one box of each flavor as I had ordered 6 boxes, but only two flavors arrived, one of which I had no intention of drinking 3 boxes of (passion fruit).
It took over two weeks for them to deliver THE WRONG ORDER!!! I didn’t even get the flavor I wanted which made it even worse.. if anyone wants these things reach out or ill be throwing it out

The delivery went for different location and your customer service in instagram stopped replying. So, i paid for the order and did not receive it

I tried all flavors and I like all except mango l didn’t like the mango
I like the product but i am a bit confused. I ordered elderberry flavor and lime flavor. I paid same price for both. However the elderberry box came with 30 sachet and each sachet is 5g. And the lime box came with 20 sachet and each sachet 4g. What happened and why am i paying more money now for less count! I don't like this to be honest!
